You need to take bed rest as you have muscle spasm. Place a pillow under your knees when lying on your back and between your knees when on your side. Apply cool/ ice pack for 10-15 minutes 3-4 times a day. Call an experienced physiotherapist for a home visit as travelling with increase your pain. You can do physio twice a day for a few days.
