Lower back pain
MRI-Lumbo sacral is attached. Having pain in lower back from last 2 months. Pain increases if stand or sits for some time. Gets relief only in bed rest position. Taking physiotherapy and pain killers. tab dezacort 6mg, tab gabaneuron, cap cobadex forte, tab oltaltra day as suggested by orthopaedics. I m not getting permanent relief. Plz suggest, how to get rid of this continuous pain?

As I saw ur MRI report there is no evidence of disc  buldge  or any other disc related issue n neureurological deficit , and I saw ur doctor prescription, he has advised postural correction ,  n U r MRI report suggests   straight spine an d it could be due to muscle spasm
