Hi..I have a lower back pain and I have tingling sensation on both legs this tingling sensation wrose when I'm in inactive stage and night times Some times I feel pins and needles in my feet..if I standing long period means I'm getting pain in my heel area.i done a MRI also here I'm attaching my reports also could you help me plz

Your MRI shows no pressure on the nerves. So you should not be getting any pins and needles.check your Vit B12,Vit D levels.
