Lower back pain
I started getting lower back pain one month back.my doctor suggested mobizox and rest for 3 days.Due to some personal problem,I couldn't take rest.I had to work in the office (sitting from 10 to 6).my pain became severe.I used to get pain whenever I wAnted to get up.after that They did a MRI scan.the report is l3-l4 shallow posterior and paracentral disc protrusion abutting thecal sac,l5-s1 posterior and left paracentral disc protrusion abutting left S1.But doctor told it is a minor problem.

Avoid bending in front. • Postural Correction- Sit Tall, Walk Tall. • Extension Exercises x 15 times x twice daily - lying on tummy, take left arm up for 3 seconds, then bring it down, right arm up for 3 seconds, bring down.
