Hi, it might be just muscle strain. Usually it settles with pain killers and muscle relaxant. You will have quick relief with physio. If not settling see spine surgeon to rule out disc problem. Drink plenty of water to prevent dehydration if disc. Once pain settles do back muscle exercises.
