I have lower back pain.Now a days weekly thrice it is troubling me I cant manage.please suggest me any meducation . Previously there no such problem in my life past three months Iam having such problem.

There are a number of causes for back pain With your age it looks to be mechanical If pain is took much get an mri of lumbosacral spine and show to a rheumatologist
