  4. Lower back pain. What shoould i do?

I have lower back pain from 3 years. Before 2 years i have diagnosed muscles spasm in my lower back. The pain also came down to my legs. Whenever i do strecthing, the pain lowers down. And recently,from few months i got pain in my left testicles. After urine culture it comes to know that i have e.coli in my urine. I thougt that somehow my testicle pain and lower back pain are related. Plz suggest what shoould i do
