I feel acute pain in my lower back. If i keep standing for 20-25 min then pain starts. I even feel pain while doing my daily work, also if i lift a bucket of water i feel pain  in lower back. Now i can't lift any heavy thing.I think it is lumber lordosis although I'm not sure. Whom to consult? Any specialist. Please suggest.

Consult spinal/ orthopaedic doctor. You need back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury.
