Please suggest the required steps to be taken. Please suggest if possible a temporary pain killer. Thanks in advance.

Care AI Shimmer
Hi. It probably looks like you are having an acute strain of your low back. Most probably a muscle spasm. Get an X ray of lower spine. Anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxant should help. Do hot water bag application and bed rest.
Next Steps
Consultation with Orthopaedic doctor and an X-ray
Health Tips
Hot water bag application. Avoid massage and exercise. Avoid traveling and forward bending. You will do well. Take care.
