Piriformis Stretch 1. Lie on your back. ... 2. Cross your left leg over your right so that your left ankle rests on your right knee. 3. Use your hands to grab hold of your left knee and pull it gently toward the opposite shoulder. ... 4. Hold for 15 to 30 seconds. 5. Relax, and then repeat with the other leg.

Hi... Can you please let me know how exactly it started,  Had you been with stiff back before this... what kind of pain you are experiencing...how that is behaving...in morning....and in night.. what increases the pain and what soothes it... As of now.. I recommend you to kindly do Lot of icing frequently in the pain area.. If you have somebody to help, Gently knead your butt muscles.. Since you are already on medication continue the same... Gently stretch your low back and butt muscles... Don't do any exercises now... Kindly get back to me with details to help you more precisely....
