Lower back pain.
I am a 14 years old boy.I daily do exercise (abs and cardio exercise) from 5:30 A:M to 6:00 A:M and 5:30 P:M to 6: 30 P:M(yoga).I am exercising for more than 5 months but my stomach is not reduced.I have a pain in my lower back.
