Hi my wife seems to be having a lower back pain affecting her right leg mobility, She says the pain starts from the feet up to her lower back. I can see a slight bulge, we are worried if it's a serious condition, she is unable to sleep sit walk or do anything when she is in pain. Please advise which specialist should I reach out to or what maybe the cause.

Hello sir,
You should be meeting an Ortho surgeon for this problem. It could be 2 possibilities, one is lower back nerve root compression leading to pain or other is vascular compromise leading to pain. Symptoms you're saying are more pertaining to vascular compromise. You need thorough evaluation of this so meet orthopaedic surgeon ASAP.
