Dear Manikanta, A disc bulge is usually not an emergency. If you have any painkillers she can use them. I would advise her to take rest and sleep on her side with her hips and knees folded. She should avoid bending forwards and ground level activities.  Although I'm sure I'll be of more assistance if you see me.  I am available from 5.30 to 8.30pm at my clinic. Thank you.
