Lower back pain
From the past 7 months I'm travelling almost 55 to 60 kms per day from home(Ramanthapur) to office(Hi-tech city) which is resulting in severe back pain and day by day it's getting worse... Please help me in understanding how to reduce my back pain without it effecting my daily routine. Thanks and Regards, Rama Krishna Patil.

Do back muscle strengthening exercises. Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration because dehydrated disc is more prone to injury
