Lower back pain
Attached is the MRI Inspite of short treatment from doctor and bed rest the pain still persists . I am a mother of two kids and housewife . Even the regular household work is causing a lot of pain Pls suggest.

Tab Nervijen NP od at night for 20 days Back extension exercises daily twice Swd back for 10 days from nearby physio clinic no lifting heavy weight, bike riding, bending forward to pick things,sports activities till pain persists
