Lower back pain and high fever

Asked for Female, 55 Years

I am 55 years old I have lower back pain in right side. 2years back I undergone ultrasound doc told me there is a fibroid, he only told no need to worry it's quite common. Now from last 2 months weekly right side lower back is paining. But this week I am having high fever I took Dolo 650.but temperature is not getting down. I want suggestions.
