Lower back pain & right lower leg pain
Dear Sir,
From past 5 days I'm suffering from lower back pain , unable to lift my back during sleeping while turning to other side. I took paracetamol tablet for 3 days (one tab for day) . Last two days till today morning no pain in leg or back. But today, at the end of my bath after bending to take the mug of water from bucket... I found the pain again in my lower leg.
Requesting you to suggest the treatment and severity. I'm fearing to consult the doctor , will it goes to spine surgery..

Better to get MRI scan and consult orthopaedic doctor. It may be nerve root compression. Physio might help
