Lower Back pain. 3years
Long term consistent back pain from last 3 years. Had done treatment and had medications, did not completed physiotherapy. Condition bit relaxed in the last year. But when I joined office and sat for hours, the pain came back. Currently, experiencing heavy back pains after a tiring day, a long walk, or whenever I am tired.
