Lower back pain
10 years back i lifted a heavy bed with loose body and suddenly got pain in lower back.Since than i feel this pain whenever i try to lift heavy weight.in this pain i am not able to bend also.i don't feel it with low weight.if i don't lift any heavy weight i would not feel it for year also.today i just lifted rod with 10kg weight in gym and felt this pain. This is slip of disc or any other probelm?

Of the pain is only in back and not going down into leg like sciatica, then don't worry about slipped disc. Consult a physio or doc for back exercises before you lift weights
