Any injection give in your low back while delivery to reliev pain ? As you said  normal delivery full term . Post delievery back ache and knee pain are common complaint . And need not worry about it. As u have just delivered . And must be nursing mother to baby. Not advisable to take any medicine now . X-rays can't be taken as again a nursing mother. So we can wait.
Next Steps
best u can do is 1. rest 2. avoid sitting on ground or lower surface 3. avoid forward bending and weight lifting  (even baby) sit down and lift up is advisable. 4. geting up from bed - turn side ways and get up help releive pain. 5. avoid indian washroom .use commod recommended 6. while sitting take proper back rest. do not sit for long hours at one place change positon or take walk for 5 min. 7. Hot fomentation for low back thrice per day for 20 min for 7 days. 8. apply volini gel for backn and your knees thrice per day after fomentation. 9.knee as it is joint better to apply ice pack instead of hot water bag if not comfortable with ice can apply hot water bag.  and then apply volini gel on knees . 10 Medicine calcium and vit d3 supplement to continue  as it must be give by your gynac doctor. any furthe queries plz connect with us. or your local Orthopaedic doctor.

I understand that you might be feeding the baby. In such situations there is increased requirement of Vitamin b12 and d3. Supplement yourself.
