Lower back and buttocks pain
I have been suffering from the lower back, buttocks and back thigh pain since 20 days after a road trip to my native. It's been very difficult to walk for certain distance, not able to move in sleeping position not able to stand up from sitting position quickly, have to maintain one posture to reduce pain if I move a little the pain strike like a knife being pierced from back. While walking my legs get fully numb and starts shivering cannot walk until I take a rest for 10 minutes at least. Please suggest me how to come out of this problem

the prolonged sitting has lead to muscular stiffness in the buttocks an low back. You being tall must have had to sit in a compromised posture as well. Sit on taller surfaces, like two plastic chairs stacked on one another, and avoid sitting for prolonged duration.
Next Steps
May require to do some stretching exercises for glues and piriformis.
