  4. Lower abdominal pain. Probable reason?

Lower abdominal pain
Hi 4 days back pain suddenly started in lower abdomen (Below Belly button to little above anus) . It was very severe that I couldn't move. It's not ovulation time or period time. Took cyclopam at night, Relieved to little extent. Next day was not that severe. Today while having sex it hurted and post relation it hurted severely as previously.. What could be probable reason? I'm trying to conceive since 4 yrs.. Thanku
