Lower abdominal pain
Hello dr m 25 weeks pregnant with twins baby,my ultrasound ws done 24 weeks 3days everything was fine but today m feeling mild lower abdominal pain..what should i do?plz help m worried

Twins pregnancy has more chances if threatened preterm labour due to overdistension.
If prophylactic cervical stitch is not taken , u need to see ur doctor , take complete bed rest n uterine muscle relaxants till u visit ur gynaec
