Regarding ultrasound

Asked for Male, 25 Years

Uterus is anteverted myometrial echotexture is normal no focal mass seen endometrial thickness is normal measuring 3.4 mm Urinary bladder is well distended with normal wall thickness. No focal mass seen is it pregnant or negative pregnant report of ultrasound?
