Lower abdomen pain

This is for my girlfriend. I had ipill after 8 hrs of unprotected sex... At night while sleeping its pains like hell. But when I am sitting or walking it doesn't pain. Only when I sleep, I get shocks when pain occurs, I guess the shocks are because of the pain..it's been 4 days I having pain while laying down bed.. Plz help me, worried about myself and is it for good or something is wrong. Plz reply.. Thank you.
