I having lower abdomen pain since 4 months i it stops when sit and again starts when walk or moving plz tell me what it could be i have no direahea usg report attached

Consult a Gastroenterologist please for proper examination and investigations. It can be anything from muscular to kidney related. Also your gall bladder, although not causing this pain, needs an Endoscopic ultrasound to have a look at.
