Having sharp in left lower abdomen since two days ! Today afternoon having little more ! My periods was on time and having clots Is anything to be worried ?

Please get a sonography of the lower abdomen done and consult with a Gynaecologist, preferably for a physical examination.

You can take tablet drotin for pain relief. Also get a USG done to rule out any pathology for pain

If this is the first you have this problem..then you can wait till the period stops ...if the pain continues or you have clots again in next periods then you should consult for advice
