Lower abdomen pain due to anxiety
I feel lower abdomen pain n severe hairfall when I feel heartbreak..this hairfall gives me more stress.. i faced this issue previously also for almost an year..is there any solution to this problem.

Consult a doctor to determine what is causing abdominal pain and hair fall. If there are no medical reasons for hair fall and lower abdominal pain consult a psychologist. A psychologist will help you manage anxiety and feel calm. It is necessary to know how often do you have severe hair fall. The term for stress induced hair fall is telogen effluvium. A person who suffers from chronic stress over a period of time is prone to have stress induced hair fall called telogen effluvium.
