  4. Lower abdomen and back pain. To do now?

Lower abdomen and back pain
2/3 days back my 2yrs old son jumped on my abdomen and I have pain in my back and abdomen now . I have applied some pain relief ointment and took rest but the pain is increasing now. What I have to do now?
