Your Vitamin D (3.7 ng/mL) and Vitamin B12 (189 pg/mL) levels are severely low and definitely need treatment for Vitamin D doctors usually prescribe high-dose vitamin D3 60,000 IU weekly for 6–8 weeks followed by a maintenance dose along with sunlight exposure for vitamin B12 since you are a pure vegetarian B12 supplementation is essential either oral high-dose tablets or injections depending on symptoms low levels can cause fatigue body pain, nerve symptoms and poor recovery from injuries.
