Low testosterone ,anxiety, stress
Hi My husband has low testosterone very low and he got anxiety and stress as well., He gained a lot of weight recently. He consulted homeopathic doctor and was prescribed Testis secatis 3x (3tabs a day) , sexon drops (10 drops a day), onosmodium virginianum(1m) , Alpha TS for stress , Tranquil (3 tablets ), Cofee Cruda, Nidra drops(20drops 3 times) a day, It has been nearly 2 months(for stress medicine only) , his stress is manageable(though he takes allopathy as well) , his sleep quality become very good without allopathy but the sexual interest is still not good. Apart from this he sometimes suffer from malabsorption where his stool has vegetables in it. He is taking Caprofa and lycopedium 200 for that but it still occurs. i sometimes thinks this deficiency is causing stress and low Vitamin D and testosterone. I want to know are we on the right or do we need to follow alternate course ? Any Help or suggestion will be really appreciated.

Hello, these Homoeopathy medicines can help to resolve his symptoms but not the root cause of the issue. He needs a Proper constitutional Homoeopathy medicine. For this acute condition it is ok to take these medications but not for long term. A constitutional Homoeopathy medicine will treat the root cause of low testosterone instead of increasing it. Along with proper diet & lifestyle Homoeopathy medicines can resolve this completely. To know more and for any other concern you can call us or reach us online.

It is good that your husband has seen improvements in stress and sleep with homeopathic treatment, but the persistent issues with low testosterone, sexual interest, and malabsorption suggest that a more focused approach may be needed. Testosterone levels are influenced by multiple factors, including hormonal balance, stress, nutrition, gut health, and exercise. While homeopathy can support endocrine function, improvement in testosterone often requires dietary modifications, resistance training, and addressing nutrient deficiencies like Vitamin D, zinc, and magnesium. If libido remains low despite ongoing treatment, it may be necessary to reevaluate the remedy selection and consider a more individualized approach rather than multiple medicines. The presence of undigested food in stool suggests poor enzyme activity, gut dysbiosis, or nutrient deficiencies, which could be contributing to the overall health concerns. Lycopodium is commonly used for digestive issues, but persistent malabsorption may indicate an underlying issue like low stomach acid, pancreatic enzyme deficiency, or intestinal inflammation. A gut-healing diet, including probiotics, digestive enzymes, and reducing inflammatory foods such as processed foods, excessive dairy, and gluten, may help improve digestion and nutrient absorption. Poor gut health can lead to deficiencies in Vitamin D and zinc, both of which are crucial for testosterone production. Additionally, chronic stress increases cortisol levels, which can suppress testosterone, making it essential to focus not only on stress management but also on optimizing gut health and nutrition. To support natural testosterone production, dietary changes should include an increased intake of healthy fats such as avocados, nuts, and olive oil, along with sufficient protein. Strength training and high-intensity workouts can also naturally boost testosterone levels. Reducing processed foods, alcohol, and sugar intake is equally important. If there is no significant improvement in libido, a constitutional homeopathic remedy tailored to his specific symptoms may be more effective than polyhomeopathy. Since malabsorption is still present, a deeper focus on digestive health is required. If you are looking for a more personalized approach, you may consider consulting Health Global Homoeopathy Clinic in Vijayanagar, Bangalore, for a thorough reassessment and treatment plan. regards dr jyoti kadkol health global homeopathy clinic, vijaynagar bangalore www.healthglobalclinics.com

Sometimes, a constitutional remedy tailored to the person’s overall constitution works better than specific organ-based remedies alone. Since his stress and sleep have improved, it’s crucial to continue the remedies that are working well. However, balancing testosterone can further reduce anxiety and enhance mood.

"Considering the complexity of your condition—low testosterone, stress, digestive issues, and nutrient deficiencies—an individualized and refined approach is essential. While the current remedies have shown improvement in stress and sleep, addressing the root causes, including hormonal balance and absorption, requires close monitoring and potential adjustments. An online consultation will allow me to thoroughly assess your progress, modify your treatment plan as needed, and ensure a more comprehensive and personalized approach to restore your overall well-being through homeopathic medications. Let’s work together to optimize your health effectively."
