Low Sperm Motility. For having babies?

I am a 32 years old male and my wife is also 32 years old. I and my wife are trying for baby since 8 months. Later in a sperm analysis done on 7th June 2023, I was diagnosed with asthenozoospermia with sperm count of 3.2ml and overall mortality of 50%. My progressive sperm mortality was 12% with fast moving 4% and slow moving 8%. Immortile sperm count was  around 41%. My morphology was 1. But I never had any erectile disfunction. I and my wife used to enjoy sex regularly (2-3 times a week). I was a smoker then. Later after my sperm analysis, I quit smoking 100%. Also I started with Patanjali tablets : Youvanamrut vati, chandraprabha vati,  Ashwagandha and sheelajit. Questions : 1. How much time will it take to get my sperm analysis normal? 2. What else can I do to get my sperm analysis right? 3. Till how much time can I try naturally for having babies?
