Hi Doc, my brother is facing low self esteem since three and half years. He is married and living separately. He don't like a marriage life and he don't have a job since three and half years. He completed MBA from london. But not at all interested to do any work. He do not have self confidence. Now sis in law decided for divorce. Is this a disease?

Certainly sounds like he needs therapy It would be important to find out what his core issue is. Did something happen 3 years ago to trigger this down slide? If so he may need inner child healing. Please don't think of it as a disease I would need more info about him in order to be more helpful.
