Firstly 1.3lakh count is not low to mark you as dengue or low platelet count. Secondly dengue is diagnosed by presence of dengue antigen and antibody in the blood and not by platelet count. You need to get a dengue IgG and IGM ELISA test done to diagnose dengue. It is a simple blood test and usually results are available within a day or two. As of now your platelet counts are not a cause of worry.
