Patient has low platelets and jaundice. Can I give him cow's milk?? Also please let me know the did nd don't s in this combination

Yes you can give cow's milk. Avoid any oily fried food. Give papaya leaf extracts (juice) drink plenty of water and give tab. Livomyn 1 tab 2 times a day for 1 month
