Low platelet count

Low platelet count

Asked for Male, 32 Years

I was having fever 3 weeks before for 2days. From there own wards my platelate count is in a range of 80000-11000 . It's varying up and down. I checked dengue ns1 is negative but igg and igm were weekly reactive. Still I am drinking 20-25 glass of fluids including juices. No progress found even I am taking rest. All other results in CBC are normal.
