  4. Low mchc level. Of iron deficiency?

I am 34 yrs old male and  had swine flu one month back. I am fine now. I got the cbc test done and everything is ok except mchc level which is 31.20. Is it because of iron deficiency?Haemoglobin is 14.30 Rbc is 5.27 Tlc is 8.4 Mcv is 86.9 Mch is 27.10 Mchc is 31.20 Platelets 248 Please advice
