Low lying placenta
I'm 16 weeks pregnant. In my NT Scan on 13th week, I was told that I'm having low lying placenta(report attached). I was told not to travel and abstain from intercourse, both of which I was not doing earlier also as I was advised bed rest. I'm scared of even lifting my phone or apply any sort of pressure like opening door etc. Kindly let me know what restrictions should be followed. I am sitting and lying with little walking inside my home only. Should I do any other activity as elders are telling that inactivity affects the growth of the baby.

Most of the placenta covers whole of the sac at this time so start your routine.

No need to worry so much. Placanta usually migrate upside by 20 weeks. Squatting position and heavy weight lift to be avoided. Can do normal walk and activity.
