Medical history: •Single testicle (since childhood) •Hypothyroidism Current medication: •Thyroxine 100 mcg Blood reports: 22 Sept: •Total Testosterone: 324 ng/dL •Estradiol: 56 pg/mL •LH: 7.36 mIU/mL •FSH: 4.91 mIU/mL •TSH: 4.17 μIU/mL Doctor on practo prescribed tryptomer but it didn't help and said other symptoms are my imagination 19 Oct: •Testosterone: 255 ng/dL •Estradiol: 63 pg/mL 11 Dec (latest): •Testosterone: 172 ng/dL •Estradiol: 52 pg/mL •TSH: 4.25 μIU/mL •Evening cortisol: 8.7 μg/dL Symptoms (progressively worsening): •Marked loss of libido •Rare morning erections •Weak erections •Low energy, laziness •Low mood, poor motivation •Increased irritability/anger without clear trigger. Sometimes i clench my jaw so hard my teeth hurts and my hands start moving like i am punching air and throwing things •Feels memory and focus have declined •Around 2 months ago I had an stress/panic attack that lasted 3-4 hours • No matter how much less food I eat, i still gain weight
