I am anemic with couple of years...now am recover it from last 4mnths...when am anemic my eye vision gradually changes +1.75 to +3.75..my vision can be reversible.

Hello Anaemia cannot cause so much fluctuation in glasses power It could be due to latent Hypermetropia I would recommend you to consult local Ophthalmologist and get proper eye examination done Regards
