Dryness and blurriness in one eye
I am type 1 diabetic since many years,i went through Lasic in my teenage years recently i noticed that when i see from both eyes objects looks clear but when i try to see separately one eye vision is little blurry,also i somwtimes feel irritation itchiness in both eyes,one time there was also redness in both eyes when i woke up.i check my blood sugar daily and adjust doses accordingly.what could be the reason for blurryness and dryness?

If your blood sugar level is under normal range then don’t worry, diabetes causes trouble to retina in hight blood sugar for long time. We should undergo for dilated fundus examination, but as per history given by you , there is no significant reason to get worry, you are having normal vision
