A vitamin D level of 8 ng/mL is very low — it indicates severe deficiency (normal is typically >30 ng/mL). In a child, this should be corrected to support proper bone growth, immune health, and general well-being. Should start calcirol sachet as supplement therapy followed by maintaince therapy and Also monitor serum calcium, phosphorus, and PTH if clinically indicated. Avoid over-supplementation of iron — monitor CBC every 3 months initially.

The picture uploaded is blurred and cannot be read The level of vitamin d in blood quoted by you ( 8 mg/ ml ) is equivalent to severe deficiency. If so, for a 10 year old child give Calcirol sachet 60000 IU per week for 6 weeks ( i.e. 1 sachet in 1 week). It can be taken in a cup of milk. Keep at least 1 hour gap before and after iron intake or iron can be taken after meals and Calcirol at breakfast time
Next Steps
You need to increase calcium intake for vitamin d deficiency to be corrected appropriately. So so she take a cup of milk twice a day at least. Encourage curd, cheese, paneer
