Greetings.... First is food habits:--- Green leafy vegetables Fruits like apple anaar If consuming tea Lessen it And not after food In short healthy diet Second medication Iron supplements for which i need to know the weight of child Bcz we have to start in low dose and inc because giving from high dose can cause diarrhea For 3 months will be fine Dietary habits will help a lot Share the weight for it Tonoferon, ferrochelate, and many good iron supplemts Dnt gv in fever It may stain teeth But not to wry Clean it Cause potty color black not to wry Can cause diarrhea After 1-2 weeks of iron Hb not improving then further evaluation BUT BETTER VISIT AN OFFLINE DOCTOR FOR PHYSICAL EXAMINATION TOO BECAUSE RELYING JUST ON REPORTS AND GIVING MEDICATIONS NOT GOOD IDEA good luck Regards

The hemoglobin is definitely low. In medical terms we call it Anemia. But it is not severe. You can do the dental procedure. Afterwards you need to consult a pediatrician and evaluate the cause of anemia and start treatment accordingly.

Yes, that's mild form , Might be diet related. Growth and diet would have to be seen ,and changes in them would help in its management.
