Your baby must be iron deficient and that's why low Hb.
You will need to start your baby of syp orofer XT
Include raisins, grinded pista, green leafy vegetables, black Jaggery, beetroot in her diet in various forms. If you are giving too much milk based in the diet, that can also lead to iron deficiency
