Low grade fever for couple of days

Asked for Female, 2 Years

My 2 years old having low grade fever for last 3 days also she was vaccinated 3 days ago...have some mild cold like runny nose....so I can't understand that it is due to viral or immmunaization are the reason behind the fever and what should I do??there are no other symptoms there..she is active and eating well

Either way you can give symptomatic medication for fever . If persists beyond another 4 hours especially fever with any new symptoms you need to be worried
