97.5 to 99.4 F is normal temperature.....so its not fever as per your history...

Monitor temperature and give fever medicine paracetamol as per dose if the temperature is more tha 100.4F.

This doesn't looks like fever .Keep baby hydrated and maintain good environmental temperature .if temp is 100 or more only then consider for  evaluation .
