Low Grade Evening Fever
Hello, my daughter is 6 years old and since three days my daughter is getting low grade fever during evening and it goes itself late night b itself. Is she fine? please help me

I think some beginning of infection whether viral or bacterial need to be seen. Better to observe and SOS if required can give fever Medicine. If it doesn't settle please visit your pediatrician
