Gfr is a calculated value where there is a formula in which values are entered and we get a value. If creatinine is normal with no urinary symptoms it is nothing to be alarmed about. As age progresses there is natural drop in gfr.

All said and done low salt diet, avoiding outside food and having whole foods cooked at home is most affective way to prevent burden on kidneys
