Low calcium and vitamin d level
I am 29 now and it feels like all energy is sucked from my body my whole body makes cracking noise when i move it and muscle gets cramp everytime also when i work my muscles get hard and painful fast I feel very anxious, depressed, and low confident to do any action cuz Can i restore my calcium and vitamin levels back without any medication side effects ? Cuz i have heard that calcium restore injections have more side effects thats why i am afraid of restoring it from many years now At the age of 29 can i bring levels back? And which medical profession doctor will be able to diagnose this condition? Doctor is god so god plz help me 🙏
