My Grandfather has following symptoms since yesterday:- 1.Fever-100.4°F 2.wet cough- mild 3.Gale me kharash- 4.Runny Nose- less viscous 5. No Loss of Appetite 6. No loss of smell or taste 7.LOW DIASTOLIC BP 120-60 He has these symptoms after 2nd dose of Covishelid vaccine on 3rd may MY QUESTION IS ARE THE SYMPTOMS THE SIDE EFFECT OF VACCINE OR ACTUAL COVID 19 PLEASE ANSWER URGENT

It is mostly due to vaccine which should resolve on its own…but just to be sure do a rat/rtpcr to rule out covid
