It might be due to vaccine. Get rtpcr for confirmation.

Side effects due to vaccine should be relieved within 24 to 48 hours. If symptoms persists more than that you should take advice of any physician.

It is mostly due to vaccine which should resolve on its own…but just to be sure do a rat/rtpcr to rule out covid
